Driver Community Topic: ☀ Uber Partners And Drivers Login: What you need to know about your partner dashboard.
Partners and drivers can log-in to their dashboard at partners.uber.com and if you have forgotten your password, please go to uber.com/forgot-password.
If you still have problems after resetting your password it’s possible that you have forgot the email address you set the account up with or some other issue that is beyond your control. If that’s the case, you will need to contact support at help.uber.com/partners.
Access Your Dashboard via The App
To access your Uber partners and drivers login dashboard via the app scroll to the second home page you’ll see a white icon saying partner of dashboard. If you got a lot of apps on your phone, you might have to stroll further than 2 pages.
Once you find the icon tap it and wait for the login page to load and then once loaded enter your login details. If you enter your info correctly the dashboard will load up.
If for whatever reason you do not see this icon and you would like to access your dashboard from your own device, then just open an internet browser into the URL bar type partners.uber.com/ hit enter and wait for the login page to load.
The dashboard is just like any other website so you can access it from any device as long as you have internet. Most of the information that you need regarding your account can be accessed from your dashboard, for example; your payment’s documents or your trips history.
Drivers Are Independent Contractors
Keep in mind that Uber is not your employer and you are not their employee, you are an independent business owner. Therefore it’s important that you know where to locate your service agreement.
Tip: You should print it out and look over it! You can find this contract if you log-in to your account and go to the ‘profile‘ tab, and at the very bottom you will see ‘contracts‘ and any other agreements you may have with Uber. If it is no longer there just look around, you should find it.
Even if you are no longer driving for Uber or maybe you didn’t finish the application process, it’s very unlikely that Uber will lock you completely out of your account. So don’t worry about that. Likely there is another simple issue that can be fixed with the help of their agent support. Be patient.
Background: If you are waiting on your background check to come back it could take up to 7-10 business days to complete. Sometimes a bit longer if you have lived in more than one state. Once you pass your background check or if there are any issues Uber will email you and let you know. Also check your spam folder because some important emails goes in there too.
How Will I know Am Approved To Drive?
Uber will send you a text and or email welcoming you to the platform and letting you know that your account has been activated. If it’s been more than 7 business days, we recommend you log-in to your profile and see what other steps there are to become activated.
A lot of time Uber is still waiting on your background check to come back or there is a missing document. Background checks completion time can vary from driver to driver.
So don’t get discouraged if you have not heard anything yet. If it would make you feel better, you can check the status of your background by going to https://applicant.checkr.com/ .
However, until your account becomes active and you start taking trips there really not much you can see or do on the dashboard.
Here’s some things you might be able to do via your dashboard:
