Issue: ★ Uber Error 403 Forbidden ★
Updated 1/25/2017:
We have learned this ‘403 Forbidden” error code, usually means that there is some sort of connectivity issue on Uber’s end. Example: the cellular network is dealing with high traffic, their servers are blowing up from high amounts of incoming data, etc. But, Uber insist this type of 403 Forbidden error tends to work itself out within 5 minutes, 15 tops.
Another cause of the “forbidden zone 403” error message is indicative that your location on the Uber platform is not covered by the area in which Uber is active. Uber said to avoid this, you should make sure you’re in an area in which Uber is active in that city.
And certainly, this annoying issue could also be caused by an app glitch.
