Uber drivers often complain about an incorrect address being displayed. This can be very frustrating. The good thing is that Uber works closely with the Google Maps API, but sometimes they don’t always get it right.
Other times riders don’t always set their pickup location correctly either. Regardless, know that the rideshare company is documenting this instance and are striving to improve their location services.
Just FYI: Uber top Partners call or text their riders when they accept the trip to verify their address to make sure that they are not wasting their time going to the wrong location.
