It can be so frustrating when you get locked out of your Uber account. The good news is that you can probably resolve this issue on your own without the need of contacting customer support and waiting for a response.

Fix Your Log-In Issues
There are a couple situations that might have caused you to not be able to access your account…
1. You simply just forgot your password or email address!
2. You know your password and email; but can’t log-in. This could mean Uber has disabled your account.
Number two is highly likely – but still possible! However, only customer service will be able to tell you for sure.
With that being said, even if you think you know your password we advise you to still try and reset it. Just mosey on over to uber.com/forgot-password and input your email address you have on file with your driver’s application/account. Uber will send you an email with instructions on resetting your password. The email is only good for a few minutes so if you wait too long it will not work and you will need to request another one.
It really is just that simple with Uber driver log in.
Remember the password reset link will expire in 5-10 minutes after it has been sent to your email. If this happen to you, you can go through the process again and make sure you check your email immediately. If you are still having trouble, please click here for assistance.
