How To See My Uber Rating?

Rider Concern: Do Uber Drivers Rate Passengers?
Uber has it setup so that both riders and drivers can be rated and also left feedback. If you are an annoying disrespectful rider don’t be surprise if you get an email or phone call from Uber about your behavior or even banned off their system. If you are a driver, you can expect the same thing. Uber might be lenient in some areas than others but for the most part they have zero tolerance for irate, crazy behavior on their system.
Are You A Good Or Bad Rider
Riders and drivers can rate their trip experience from 1 to 5 stars. Ratings are anonymous.
We personally believe that a rider should not have a rating less than 4.7. Anything below that means you might be a bit a difficult rider. If you are at 4.6. 4.5 or below you need to work on improving that score. And no you cannot change your rating. Customer service will not even change it because you think it is unfair or whatever. The only way to bring this number is to take trips and be on your best behavior.
If you are a driver, you should be able to see your rating via the app or if you log-in to your online dashboard account. From our understanding drivers must maintain at least a 4.7 overall rating.
How Riders See Their Rating
unfortunately, you cannot see your rating at this time via the app or online. Riders can now can see their rating via the app. You can do so by opening the app and tapping the menu. Your rating should be displayed under your name or profile picture. Keep in mind that you need to take at least 5 trips before you will have a rating. If you don’t see anything, it is likely because you haven’t taken enough trips yet.
