How To See Uber Feedback|Adjust Rating
Community Question: ☀How To See Uber Feedback or Adjust Rating?☀
To keep the rating system fair for all partners and riders, Uber not adjust ratings for individual trips or provide ratings/feedback from a trip.
Just as Uber will never provide the rating/feedback a driver gave to a rider, Uber can’t provide riders with the rating or feedback a driver gave them.
If a rider made a mistake and gave their driver the wrong rating, they can update it by locating their receipt Uber sent to them via email. Drivers that need to update a rider’s star rating can contact Uber so it can be adjusted.
All drivers must keep in mind that riders don’t have to rate them immediately after their trip. This means if a driver’s rating shifts, it may be from a trip they took yesterday or two weeks ago. It just depends.
Most importantly, a driver’s rating is the mathematical average of their last 500 rated trips. Cancelled trips or trips that were not rated by riders have no effect. As a result of this being the average of so many trips, a single or even a few bad ratings will not have a major impact on the driver rating, especially as they continue to complete trips.
That is one reason a rider should not look too deep into a driver’s rating when it’s a little below average. Because a low rating doesn’t always been a bad driver, it could be that they just need to complete more trips.
Of course drivers can always see their average rating on their partner dashboard, and they can see their weekly average rating in their Weekly Summary. At this time, riders would need to contact Uber and request their star rating.
