UCustomerSupport.com mission is to help ridershare riders and drivers become more knowledgeable about the different rideshare apps products and services out there. This site is not affiliated with Uber, nor any other rideshare company.

Our goal is to have at least 300-500 articles on each rideshare company of our choice. Once we complete our first batch or 300-500 on one specific company, we will move on to the next one. It could actually take a few years to fully implement this. But eventually we will have an uber awesome library full of support.

UCustomerSupport.com will help answer and resolve some of the most commonly asked rideshare customer service questions and issues. Our ultimate goal here is to have the answer you need right at your fingertips without doing a ton of internet surfing. However, if you find anything that has since changed or been updated by the rideshare company that we need to update on our end too – give us a holla! We are striving to provide only accurate information.
