😏Can Uber Drivers Have Business Cards?👀
Answer: Drivers are allowed to pass out Uber promo/referral cards. These are the cards drivers can give out to new riders. For each new rider that takes a trip with their promo code, they will receive usually $5. However, the amount they can receive for new referrals can vary from city to city.
The referral payout will be added to their account as a miscellaneous payment, and they should see it paid out on the next payment statement after the rider has taken their first trip.
Understand that the $5 won’t be paid out to you until the rider actually takes their first trip under your invite code. If you are unsure of your invite code, head over to partners.uber.com and login.
You should then see a tab in your dashboard that say “invites”, scroll down to the middle of the page and you will see your code that you will insert when you are personalizing your cards.
You can also make $200 (more or less in some cities, as the amount may vary) for referring new drivers. Those details of that program should be available within your dashboard. But just like the rider referral, you can earn some extra cash for referring new people to Uber.
How To Get Those Business Cards
Uber normally sends an email to newly activated drivers with their promo code already on a printable business card. All you need to do is print this out. Or you can always check at your local printing company and have some made with your invite code on them.
Business Cards To Offer Your Side Service
Any other business cards that are soliciting a side business is not allowed. Even if you have your own personal chauffeur service, you cannot promote it. Well at least, you cannot promote your side gigs to the Uber riders.
Since it’s against Uber’s policy to take trips outside of their platform, it wouldn’t really make sense to have any other business card besides the promo code cards you can get from
Vistaprint that are already designed for you, you just need to input your invite code.
☛If a driver is caught soliciting rides or a side business on the Uber platform, they will be permanently deactivated. Yes, riders will snitch on you. Riders tell everything that goes on. Don’t ever think you are getting a way with something because it will be just a matter of time before the hummer will come falling down. And if Uber is how you take care of your bills and family – it’s not worth it.
☛To order your own personalized partner promo cards to give out to new riders.

If you have a local Partner Service Center in your city, you can also stop by there and see if they have any to give you.
